Every session is different depending on where we're at in the training process. In the early stages I'm getting to know your body — understanding your movement, your strengths, and where you're starting from. Once I have that picture, the work shifts toward getting you where you want to be. The general structure is a cardiovascular warm-up, movement preparation and mobility work, a main strength and conditioning block, an accessories block, and a cool-down. Warm-ups and cool-downs can be done independently depending on the individual.

Everyone. I have extensive experience across all demographics — beginners, advanced trainees, athletes, and general population clients.

Expect a lot of questions. I want to know your goals, where you're starting from, and why this matters to you. From there I'll build a structured plan and we get to work. Outside of sessions I'm available for general advice on the things that support your training — nutrition, sleep, hydration, and homework sessions when relevant.

If you train consistently with me I can guarantee objective improvements in strength, endurance, speed, cardiovascular fitness, mobility and flexibility. Most people also report fewer aches and pains and feeling better physically and psychologically. Beyond that, results depend on what you do outside the gym. Sleep, nutrition, hydration, and the work you put in between sessions all matter. I'll give you the guidance — what you do with it is up to you.

This is my vocation, not a job. I have over 20 years of practical experience across bodybuilding, martial arts, strength and conditioning, and powerlifting, backed by a serious body of theoretical knowledge. Every session I deliver is planned — nothing is improvised. I'm fully invested in every client I work with and I treat their time and effort with the same seriousness I bring to my own training.

To train at Anytime Fitness Hallett Cove, yes. If you'd like to try it out first I can arrange a free two week trial for you. Alternatively, sessions can be held at my private gym in Oaklands Park — no membership required.
